Use Hypnotherapy to Create Your World


Fee Schedule
	Receive 30 minutes of therapy free. The initial in-office hypnotherapy session is 90 minutes long and the first 30 minutes are free; the remaining 60 minutes are charged at $100.00. All subsequent in-office sessions are 50 minutes long and are charged at $100.00. Credit cards for in-office sessions are accepted if they are prepaid through PayPal. No refunds are granted if the session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time. If you prefer phone sessions, the initial phone-in hypnotherapy session is 90 minutes long and the first 30 minutes are free; the remaining 60 minutes are charged at $90.00. All subsequent phone sessions are 50 minutes long and are charged at $90.00
	All telephone sessions must be initiated by the client. No telephone session will take place without prior payment. Credit cards are accepted through PayPal. No refunds are granted if the session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior to appointment time.

Packaged Sessions
	In-office sessions can be purchased as prepaid packages in groups of four (which can include the initial session) for a total price of $375.00

Sending Money Using Your PayPal Account
	1.	Log on to your PayPal account at https://www.paypal.com/
	2.	Click the "Send Money" tab.
	3.	Choose "Pay Anyone."
	4.	Fill in the required fields.
	5.	Review the details of your payment.
	6.	Click "Pay" or "Send Money."

	If you do not have a PayPal account, you will need to create one in order to send money using this system. You will be asked to set up an account after you click the "Pay" or "Send Money" button. To create your account takes just a few moments.
	1.	Enter your first and last name
	2.	Select the type of credit card you wish to use and enter the number, expiration date, and the security code.
	3.	Enter your address, city, state, zip code, telephone number, and email address.
	4.	Enter and confirm your PayPal password.
	5.	Enter the Captcha code.
	6.	Click the "User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Agree & Continue" buttons.
	7.	Review your payment details.
	8.	Click the "Send Money" button.

If you use PayPal to prepay for your sessions, at no time will your credit card information be revealed to Create Your World.
