| Can I Be Hypnotized? | |
It’s easy to go into hypnosis because it is a normal state of mind that everyone experiences. Everyday hypnosis occurs when you are driving down the road and lose track of time, or when you are focusing on a book or television program and you don’t even notice what is going on around you. Try this little exercise: Take a deep breath, close your eyes and get comfortable. If you can follow these simple instructions, you can be hypnotized.
